OFFBEET’s talented team of chefs have carefully created an exciting range of plant based cookery courses in which they share their trade secrets and many recipes used in their restaurant.
Located in the beautiful Edwardian building known as The Retreat and nestled perfectly between the New Forest and Dorset coast. A truly unique experience for both novices and accomplished cooks alike; you will learn to create mind blowing food and then enjoy eating it!

Our flagship restaurant at The Retreat continues to offer one of the most innovative and immersive fine dining experiences around.
